REFUND AND RETAINER FEE POLICY
Caking It Happens require a non-refundable retainer payment of at least 1/2 the total amount due to retain the use of services and time invested to secure any items you may need for your order.
Nonrefundable deposit is due 3 days from the date of initial agreement before any work can start. The balance is due at least 5 days before the product is due. This serves 2 purposes, to protect the customer and guarantee their spot and order as well as the owner, so that Caking It Happen is not out time and money spend to retain and/or research your order. Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if error is caused by bakery. Other costs may be changed including set up and delivery fees.
